Terms of service / t.o.s
by working with me, you are agreeing to my tos.

- Do not reuse, repost, or edit my artwork without explicit permission from me. You may not use it as tracing material or the training of AI, either. Using it as a reference and taking inspiration is okay, but please do not copy or redistribute my artwork without permission.
- Once owning a design of mine, you can do whatever you want with it as long as I am credited as the original designer and you are not promoting bigoted ideals with my work. This includes whitewashing my designs and/or using them to promote hatespeech.
- You may trade or gift my designs back to me at any time.
- I have the right to cancel or turn down commissions for whatever reason. If I am unable to finish a commission and you have already paid, I will refund you. Custom designs that are refunded will be reused, repurposed or resold regardless of finish level.
- I allow a grace period of one week for holds and payment. If you are unable to send payment for whatever reason, your commission will not be completed. I take payment before starting and my turnaround time is 1-2 months. I tend to finish work sooner than that but please keep that in mind!
- If it seems like I have forgotten your commission or trade, please message me again. Do not be afraid to bump a message if it has been longer than 2 weeks since my last update.
